KIDS DOSE Consortium awarded $3M NHMRC grant

The KIDS DOSE Consortium has been awarded a $3M Clinical Trials and Cohort Studies Grant from the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) to investigate how aminoglycoside-based antibiotics impact the hearing of children. This study will determine how to better use genetic testing, drug monitoring and other blood markers to prevent hearing damage.
